We are relocating to a new state-of-the-art distribution center and headquarters, just 5 miles from our current location. This larger facility will expand our inventory and shipping efficiency, while our upgraded website and ERP system will provide you with real-time inventory visibility and a smoother ordering process. We’re consolidating our three Twinsburg facilities into one state-of-the-art headquarters, which will triple our distribution capacity and unite manufacturing and distribution under one roof. With LEAN-driven efficiencies, you’ll see faster lead times, higher quality, and a broader in-stock selection and product offering. Additionally, we’re enhancing the tools you use to connect with KELTEC. We’re launching a newly designed website and customer portal that’s faster, offers richer product information, and delivers greatly improved cross-reference and search - plus a smoother, more reliable order-processing experience. Behind the scenes, we’re also rolling out a new ERP system (NetSuite) to power our operations and customer portals. You won’t need to do anything - your account, pricing, and order history stay the same - but you’ll benefit from smoother, more accurate ordering and clearer order status, all running on a modern, reliable platform.

The move is underway now and being managed in phases to avoid disruption. Our distribution operations move in October 2025, and manufacturing will transition in the first half of 2026.

No. We’ve staged the move to ensure orders, shipments, and support continue to run smoothly. If any minor adjustments are needed, we’ll communicate them promptly.

Yes, we are continually evaluating our distribution footprint to provide the best shipment lead times for our customers. With this move, KELTEC will distribute products from distribution centers located in Ohio, California, and Texas.

We’re targeting late 2025. You’ll get an early look and simple instructions ahead of launch so you can transition seamlessly on day one.

When is the new ERP (NetSuite) going live? Also, in late 2025, alongside the website upgrades. This powers smoother, more accurate ordering behind the scenes—your account, pricing, and order history remain intact.

Account login on our new website will provide a significantly improved experience. We have received numerous customer feedback requests for improving account access. We’re transitioning to a One-Time-Password (OTP) process, which will enable you to access your account using your existing email address on file.

They’ll continue without interruption. You’ll keep full visibility, and we’ll share any required steps ahead of time (if any).
