KELTEC offers a range of various condensate drain offerings to support any compressed air system. Drains effectively remove liquid condensate from compressors, receiver tanks, dryers, water separators, and drip legs.

SDV-ZEROLOSS: Zero-loss electronic solenoid drain valves.
SDV: Electronic timer solenoid drain valves.
CAH-ADMD: Mechanical auto-manual float drain valves.
CAH-ED: Mechanical external zero-loss float drain valves.

ZeroLoss Electronic Solenoid Drains Valves (SDVZEROLOSS)

Removes condensate without losing compressed air.
Level-sensing technology ensures efficient discharge.
Available in four models with flow rates from 175 to 1,750 SCFM.
Power requirements: 90–260 VAC, 50-60 Hz, 1 ph.
1/2" NPT inlet and outlet ports.

Electronic Timer Solenoid Drain Valves (SDV)

Automatic discharge for compressors, receiver tanks, dryers, water separators, and drip legs.
Adjustable timers with up to 10 sec ON and 45 min OFF cycles.
Available in 1/4" NPT and 1/2" NPT inlet and outlet ports.
Available in 115 VAC and 220 VAC 1 ph.

Mechanical Auto/Manual Float Drain Valves (CAHADMD)

Standard on all KELTEC CAH Filter Housings.
Automatic float valve operation easily switches to manual operation.
1/8” NPT outlet port.
Economical drain option provides flexible condensate removal.

Mechanical External ZeroLoss Float Drain Valves (CAHED)

Heavy-duty external drain for removing liquid condensate from collection points.
Available in 1/2” NPT and 1/2" BSP inlet and outlet ports.
Designed for use with CAH-BHF050F bulkhead adapter, to connect drains to KELTEC CAH filter housings and other collection points.

Separator Bags

Oil‑Water Separator Service Kits

Oil-Water separators require periodic service, which includes replacing the elements and bags. KELTEC offers replacement oil-water separator elements and bags for KELTEC KOWS and nearly all other major brands.

Service kit components use polypropylene, activated carbon, and other filtration medias, to maintain compliance and performance.

Replacement bags and elements are easy to install and designed for long‑term reliability.

Water Separators

KELTEC water separators are designed for the removal of bulk liquid water from compressed air and gas streams, to help protect downstream equipment from rust and corrosion. Unique centrifugal action removes water droplets at low pressure drop for maximum energy savings. Available in 1/4" NPT and BSP to 3" NPT and BSP inlet and outlet port sizes, KELTEC water separators support flow capacities up to 1,294 SCFM. KELTEC water separators include a replaceable auto/manual float drain valve (CAH-ADMD-WS) for reliable condensate discharge.
