Filter Mats and Pads

Durable Filter Pads and Mats Designed for Consistent Performance

Our filter pads and filter mats are designed to remove air borne particles, scale, dirt, and other contaminants from compressed air inlet gratings.

A filter pad is a specific type of filter mat constructed from two layers [AC1.1]of polyester or nylon fabric bonded together with an acrylic-based adhesive. The appropriate size and thickness of a filter pad depend on the system’s application requirements and the volume of compressed air being processed.

KELTEC filter pads and mats are designed to capture larger particles, dust, and debris before they reach critical filtration stages. By reducing contaminant load on downstream filters, they help extend equipment life, maintain performance, and lower overall maintenance costs when changed in a timely manner.
